How do I choose my size?
Use the garment measurements on each product page and compare them with a cardigan you like. Measurements are shown in centimeters and inches.
Where do you ship?
All 50 US states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders to our supported delivery area.
When should my order arrive?
Allow an estimated 1–2 business days for handling and 3–4 business days after dispatch: 4–6 business days combined. Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not guarantees.
What is the order cutoff?
7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 year-round. After-cutoff, weekend and US federal holiday orders enter handling on the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with original packaging and tags, if supplied. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover necessary return shipping for incorrect, damaged or defective items. No restocking fee applies.
When is an approved refund returned?
Within 10 calendar days after approval, to the original payment account.
How should I care for my cardigan?
Follow the material-specific instructions on its product page. Hand wash gently in cold water and dry flat; wool blends need a wool-suitable detergent and careful handling.
How do I know whether my order is accepted?
